Staff who don’t care

Staff who don’t care. I went into Steers at Grosvenor Crossing around lunch time, waited in line, placed an order for a King Steers Combo, paid and got my receipt. I then waited right by the counter while numbers were being called out, mine never was. After just over 30 minutes of waiting, while there were no customers at the counter, I approached the cashier as politely as I could and waited quietly for her to finish flirting with the delivery boy. After a while of waiting for her to finish chatting I attempted to get her attention. She then looked at me sharply for interrupting her and casually gestured toward the manager. At this point I had been waiting nearly 40 minutes since I placed the order for a burger and chips. The manager was very apologetic and said my order must have got mixed up somewhere and he put the order together quickly for me himself. Although I did get my order eventually I am upset that at no point did any of the staff walk over to check my number or ask if I had been helped. I had to go and seek help and I was treated rather rudely after I tried to inquire. I am very disappointed with the service and shan't be going back there.
