Staff that just doesn't care

So I love steers! Honestly your guys food is amazing and I am never disappointed, however, every time I go to your Vangate Mall branch, I am greeted with a dismal attitude. Today I have had it. This is not the first time I have received appalling service from this branch and I doubt it will be the last. On numerous occasions I have been given the wrong food. Last week I received short change. Today I ordered a ribster cheese burger. When I checked my slip, the cashier told me that I ordered the original version. To me, if a customer says a rib burger with cheese, I would assume that you would clarify with them rather than telling them they wrong and they must pay extra. Instead of rectifying it, the cashier got stroppy and told me that I don't know what I ordered. I'm sorry, but I don't see how changing an order before it's been made, especially when it was your fault, should be such a problem. I then checked my food when I got it. The cashier had given me my ribster burger with cheese now. But instead of giving me the other cheese burger I ordered, I received an original steers burger. This is really not okay. I would never visit this branch again because they give despicable service and I promise you will lose customers if this continues.
