Spring Cleaning During Working Hours

<p>I go to steers regularly and i was dissapointed to find that today when i visited the branch in gateway to buy lunch, at 11am I was told that they are doing spirng cleaning and the machines havent started up as yet, so i asked them if i could pay for it so long and wait for the order the guy then told me it would take about half an hour for it to start up therefore he didnt want to take my order as the wait would be extremely long. I understand it is vital to conduct spring cleaning in the environment that the industry is in however it shouldnt be done during production hours it is very ********* and this should be done after business hours to ensure the franchise is open on time. I had then went to another franchise to purchase food which wasnt to my standard that really made me regret even purchasing it</p>
