Soggy Buns and Rude Service

The most disappointing and poor service for my online order which took almost 1hour 30 minutes for me to be able to collect it after being told I didn't order. A while later the cashier rudely asks for my number because she can't see anything with my order number. Finally got my order, I get to my office to eat and find 2 soaked up wet bottom buns, imagine my disgust and dissatisfaction and disappointment. Its a 15 minutes drive to my office so you cannot imagine I can't drive back to go to the same people who gave me bad service. I'm I could not eat a soggy wet burger and so as my colleagues. This is unacceptable.
