So I bought food at steers Ennerdale firstly they said it will take 20 minutes to collect I got there the food isn't ready 30 minutes later I had to stand and wait there extra 10 minutes after getting my order leaving the store when I got home my wife checked the order it was not the Chilli cheese fries we ordered they gave us dry fries with chillies cut when we call them they said the manager will call back the manager called back stating that we should keep the order they are sending our proper order with the scooter guy 1 hour 30 minutes later we still waiting for our chips when we called them now they saying the store is closed and we will get our chips tomorrow we ordered and paid for our chips today why should we get it tomorrow and the lady on the phone is very rude doesn't have any customer service I will never support steers ennerdale no more
