small towns better pull up their socks...

This afternoon my family and I stopped at steers ermelo in church street, and i have never felt more violated by the staff. There's a sign stating the seating area is for eat in customers. All the good tables were taken by people not eating, mostly staff. Eventually we shared a table with steers staff, listening to her music on her cell phone. When i mentioned it to the manager on duty she seemed unaware what a patron is, and she confirmed that staff used the seating area. Hardly a minute after i went back outside there was a chorus of laughter from the staff. If you are to get the maximum benefit from running a franchise, it is best that you conform to the standards your customers have come to expect from the brand.
