Slow service, tasteless food

Service is very slow. Cashier was busy cleaning ice cream machine while orders are out. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for a tasteless burger. Their toilets are always closed, we must use the toilet at the mall....... How inconvenient. Cooking Oil that is used is old and tastes bad.....
