Slow delivery and Small water cups!

I'm very dissapointed with the service at Steers in Glenugie Road not only did I have to wait in line for more than 20min when there was just one person infront of me!! I watched the line getting bigger just because of *********** staff members! To make matters worse I orderd an Ice cream in a cup Thandiwe gave me ice cream in a water cup!!! when I asked the reason behind this I was informed with such attitude that this was the new steers cups now this puzzled me as I had just bought the same ice cream about two weeks back at another steers store and there was normal cups! Steers if this is the case then customers need to be informed Prior to us wasting our money, many fast foods sell Ice cream cups on normal cups so you not informing us is ****************! Given a choice i would not have waited so long for a water cup! I'm very angry first at the slow customer service we received then this Ice cream saga and to top it all was this rude Don't care attitude from a staff member who supposed to be rendering service!
