Sies ! Never again will I ever use Uber Eats.

The worst experience on Uber Eats !! We ordered food on Uber Eats from Steers Maponya for delivery. The driver didn’t even wait for long, as I walked outside to get the order, the female driver drove off. No hooter, no notification or message on the app to say she’s outside. We didn’t even receive the food. The driver left with PAID food and probably had the time of her life with that food. We went to Maponya Steers but as always, USELESS the manager wasn’t even bothered and told us “it’s not their responsibility, we should call Uber.” We called Uber but as always, USELESS nothing came out of that conversation. How can Uber not have contact details of their drivers? I’m appalled by the service and lack of assistance by your team. Never again will I use this app, EVER !!
