Short order

Yesterday on the 05th of November 2022 I ordered a full chicken with chips and a salad at 15h26p.m at steers in tsakane mall and I got my order at 17h30p.m. I received a short order, there was no salad...When calling them they do not pick up, I called Debonairs and asked them to transfer my call to them. One lady called Nomsa told me shes checking what happening then will call me back but she didnt....This is unprofessional.
