Shockingly slow service and lack of cleanliness at Steers in Turf Club Road, Milnerton.

I went to Steers at The Gallery, Turf Club Road, Milnerton. There was only one person taking orders and payments and packing the orders. I arrived at 16h41 to avoid the dinner time rush but I still had to wait more than half an hour. The sweet lady taking orders and payments and dispatching orders was frantic. Others waiting we getting really upset. The lady was packing with her ungloved hands (touching the chips that fell out of their boxes) and then taking cash with those same hands! It seemed the grillers had no sense of urgency. Online orders were piling up while we had to wait. When one angry customer asked why she was working alone she rep**** that the others were all on lunch! I won't be back. It will be easier to go to other 'fast' food suppliers nearby.
