SHOCKING Vredenberg, WC

The sheer Cheek of Steers Vredenberg. I can understand stores closing early, or even not being open. But when an order for dinner is placed, and accepted by the store, and for over an hour the app shows "Live order tracking is not currently available" or when you call, an automated service tells you that it is currently outside of business hours. The pure fact that someone has accepted an order, and then closed shop for the night with no intention of delivery. SHOCKING! More so, even the call center has attempted to contact the store with no success. If it werent for the fact that I followed up on the delivery, my family would be sitting waiting for supper until breakfast.

Honestly, it is absolutely disgusting of the staff at Vredenberg Steers to conduct business in such a manner. I WILL be moving forward with further steps should Steers Head Office not contact me with some form of explanation, apology, and disciplinary action for this within the next 24 hours. I will also be lodging a case at the local Police Dept. for the *****ulent activity by the store as the order was paid for with no service delivery as promised.
