Shocking service , no product knowledge

Firstly go to the store service very slow. Placeing the order asked the cashier how does wacky Wednesday work she explains buy one burger get one free burgers only. No sides. So place my order . Wait a further twenty two minutes to which half way through the power fails. No generator shop filling up with smoke, manager calls the number of my order doesn't show me the order or repeat it so I take the bag and leave I get home to find one of each burger half the kids no food. Phone the store redirected to there head office. Spoke to a man called Dino. What a joke needs a lesson in the customer is king. Tells me I'm being rude and start to shout at me clearly doesn't know customers are a little upset after spending a good part of an hour waiting for food for the kids at home , only to get home with half the food. An appalling experience steers what a joke !!!<br> No salt no sauce no serviettes. Verry unhappy !!!
