Shocking experience

<p>After such a wonderful service received from the caisher that was assisting me at Steers Mthatha Madeira Street on a busy Wednesday whilst waiting for our orders came in a man they claim is their new boss and ddnt know his name when I asked them who started shouting them about how they are wasting lettuce and sauces in front of us customers telIing them that he is going to deduct it from there salaries cudnt believe my eyes wen he started TOUCHING the lettuce that is suppose to be in our burgers were is hygiene there? .... </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm am totally shocked still ,there are better ways of dealing with such concerns instead of shouting his staff in front of us customers and touching our food with his dirty hands..</p> <p> </p> <p>Steers owners or Management please train your Managers on how to deal with such concerns because that was totally unacceptable to the staff and to us as customers.</p>
