Shocking attitude
Bought a toasted bacon egg an cheese sandwich when i opened it the only thing on the bread was cheese the bacon an eggs were squashed at the bottom of the packet.( not the first time this has happened). I got back to the shop and Fortunate the cashier was so arrogant and called me \Crazy"in Zulu thinking i wouldn't understand. Asked for the manager Rejoice which took her like ten min to get out her office and as she approached me she said \"" You want a new one\"" no apologies or anything came from her the supposed manager. She even completely ignored me on more than one occasion when i asked for the customer care line number. In my honest opinion i think that they should both be fired because they not doing the job they were employed to do."""
