Shocking and unhappy

Steers promenade mall, very shocking 😲 experience, I thought when we order on the Steers app for collection, your food would be ready to go,but clearly not Steers promenade, I came there waited to pay for the order, then after I paid the tiller helped someone else, and I asked are you not going help one customer at a time, I ordered online is my food not suppose to be ready?the guy went to the back and my order was not even done yet, baring in mind I chose a time for 6.30pm, and I got there a bit late, and yet my order was still not done. And what was more appalling is that there was no structure order at that Steers, everyone was behind the till counting money.... while only one 1 tiller was helping...and baring in mind it's super full with a long line. So no man Steers promenade get order in that store because we order online for convenience to just pay and collect, not to stand and wait, and to top it off my burger was soggy and burnt was not appetizing at all. I gave my burger to the dog and eneded up Making myself food at home. Very upset because I wasted my money! Not happy at all.
