SHOCKING

On the 23rd of June i phoned Chillilane Steers to place an order as people from my company so often do and i myself did 2 weeks ago. When the phone was eventually answered and i let the lady know i would like to place an order for delivery, i went through the usual process of giving the phone number which i had to repeat 3 times. She then told me the number was not on the system, which is odd because as i said i ordered there 2 weeks ago. I told her i would give her all the details again. She asked for my name which i spelled out for her FOUR times and all four times it was incorrect. A colleague of mine then called back and AGAIN this woman wasnt able to take down simple details. I find it unbelievable how people like this are hired to answer phones. This branch has certainly lost my companies business.
