**** SERVICE AND DELIVERY FEES
Ive ordered from steers grayston many times and never paid a delivery fee. All of a sudden there is a R16.90 delivery fee (I'm less than a kilometer from the shop ) and the minimum order is R65 They don't tell me upfront about the delivery fee-the idiotically slow person on the other end get the address wrong countless times and it takes forever just to get the order right. The total came to R89 (for a single person thats way too many milkshakes) and then after the slow service she tells me about the delivery fee. I cancelled immediately. Thats the last time Steers have had a call from me. I will never again order from them and neither will my friends. Nor will I ever patronise any of their stores. **** service, **** attitude and a ridiculous delivery fee for under a km when their is a minimum order. I'll just stick to Andiccio24-good service-order is linked to number, good staff and free delivery not to mention good food.
