serving people behind

I visited suncoast on 27/12/2015 to purchase burgers +ice cream the cashier then advised that we must wait for icecream then while in queue speak to anther lady and still in queue so the lady before me gets served but after she served i push to give my slip to collect my icecream ,so the guy serving icecream takes my slip and in his langauge says the lady working with him to serve the people behind me and then serve me,when i told him why he says I am talking to someone which was not right to discrimanate against in serving me as what i was talking did not corncern him and there was alot of people watching ,really did not need this embarresment.
