Service sucks

I’m highly dissatisfied. I ordered food at 18:30 for dinner as a delivery, it’s now 20:30 and I still don’t have my food. Why not just phone me and tell me you guys are behind then I would’ve made another plan, but instead all I get is excuses. They have my contact details, it’s not that difficult to phone. I won’t recommend Steers Engine Brentwood Park this time of the month. The service sucks. I got fed up and went to the store to find all the delivery guys inside the store with 22 orders backed up. Best of all I still had to wait half an hour inside and the food is cold. I’m very disappointed, I’m a regular and this is what happens...?
