service is appauling
<p>i went to witpoortjie steers (at the engen garage) yesterday, got there it was packed as usual on wednesdays, placed my order of 1 wacky wednesday special at 18:46 (time on the slip), only got my order exactly an hour later (19:51)! there was only one lady working in the front, who had no sense of urgency at all and never seemed to be bothered at all by the long wait....and all the other staff were inside preparing food, it is absolutely ridiculous that you wait for a take away for an hour! It is wednesday and they know that it's always busy that day but they make no plan of extra staff or whatever plan behind to make the orders to run smoothly and quickly. this is totally unacceptable and i stay 1km away but i will never go there again!</p>
