Service delivery at steers Washington post... Non existent.

I ordered steers from steers Washington post in Vereeniging. Ordered was placed at 17:15 I called the shop, no answer, I tried getting assistance from the live chat, but no help at all. The service was pathetic and that from a place that always delivers within an hour. I always pay the delivery boy at least R20 tip. The shop is not even 5 km from us and we pay delivery but service is the last thing they deliver. I really expected better from one of South Africa's top franchises but guess that service delivery is not really a priority at steers any more.
