Service at Steers in Musina Mall has and will always be bad 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order on the App with Steers in Musina Mall and to my surprise 15min later the App say driver has and order has been delivered. 1hour later I haven’t received my order. I thought maybe there was a mistake, and I placed another order. Even though they didn’t even call me for the first order or maybe call and apologise for the delay, they then call me saying that I have placed another order to ask if I made a mistake. Then she tells me the order is still in shop. How do expect me to eat an order that was prepared an hour ago? This is inconsiderate, unacceptable behaviour and ***********. I could’ve easy driven to the shop and bought it myself. The call me again after 30min from the last call to tell me my order is ready for delivery, I am clearly a joke to your employees.
