Went thru the drive thru with 3 vehicles in front of me 19:10 I reached the pick up point at 19:48 that's 38min I waited frustrated if I could turn my vehicle around I would have but was already in line that is ridiculous.I asked the lady at the pick up counter if I can have my money back as I wasn't in the mood for steers anymore waited another 10-15 min to come back to me.This is the worst experience I've ever had.I'm in the retail industry if my business would run like this and without management I'll rather shut it down.I would never use steers wonderboom junction again and I'll spread the word
