Served with dirty container

Yesterday I bought ice cream from strees ghandi square for me and my family so the they had to put the cups in like a cup holder I think I can safely say that tray was picked out of a dustbin because wow the dirt that was on it was unbelievable and I just asked myself so the waitress who gave us that tray saw it fit to serve a customer with it or does steers go back to their bins,get the material there and continue to serve customers with those dirty things I think the public needs to be made aware that we are being served dirt at steers
