Second time mess up lost a customer

Second time Steers Circular Drive has disappointed us! Wow first time we order their driver got lost for more then an hour. Now we used Uber eats and again their staff messes up by not changing the status of the order and notifying the uber driver of the order. We phoned the branch and asked them what is going on and the lady blames Uber by tell us they need to pick it up but Steers never informs them the food is done! Seriously train your staff and change of service never using this branch agian!!!!!!
