Sam Ntuli Steers manager with attitude

Went to steers Sam ntuli bought 2 phanda meals vegetarian and got something that looked like beef and tasted like beef. Well I was not satisfied with the order and tried calling the call centre and waited for the direct number for the store I bought from...waited till I hung up. Went to the stored told them I was not happy with my meals instead the manager was laughing n told me there's nothing she can do, She "what I bought is what I ordered". I have been to several steers and I have not got what I received today. I stead of being apologetic she was giving me attitude and causing a scene so when I asked for a refund she said she can't give me my money back. So I left the meals at the store and asked her name and still with attitude said "Palesa" a very rude and unprofessional manager. Im angry and disappointed with the service I that I got at Sam Ntuli Steers
