Sam Ntuli Steers. Ingredients bought from tuckshops. Very Poor service and disrespectful customers.

I bought four Wakey Wednesday meals. The staff working at the kitchen lost the cold room key "apparently". We were asked to wait while they go buy tomatoes at the nearest "TUCKSHOP". Imagine we were already waiting for 40mins and they ask us to wait for someone whose going to buy tomatoes at 20h30 pm. We asked the cashier to refund us she said the manager says they don't do refunds we will have to wait for tomatoes. We had even suggested that they substitute tomatoes with something else e.g cheese but the manager said No! 20mins later our orders were ready probably the guy buying tomatoes at the nearest tuckshop was back. We all rejected the orders and demanded our money back because then the quality was now questionable. I didn't know Steers buys their ingredients from nearest TUCKSHOPS.

After being embarrassed by the staff (who were laughing at customers) and their manager we eventually got our REFUNDS almost an hour later.

This is an urgent matter that requires serious attention because this is the treatment we get in township restaurants especially Sam Ntuli. I just got home now (21h30) and anything could've happened to me because it's really late now.
