Rude stuff and order taking time

Went at steers Protea Glen Mall today to buy lunch bought two burger meals while waiting for my order they were taking time I received an important call while on the call some off the stuff walked in all drunk making a noise mind you the shop was half empty but they were taking time to make meals. I ended up hanging up since I couldn't hear the person on call and I wanted to take pictures so I report them for being drunk at work making noise and taking time to bring orders, the other 6 came to attack me saying they don't want to be reported and that they would smash my phone the other one walked away with my slip stating thag she will tear it up she doesn't care. I told them if they touch me I would call the police to open a case one off them begged me not to report them and that they from a memorial service and would go check my order while other kept sending threats
