Rude stuff

This morning at around 07:10 (27-03-2015) I went to the Steers (Shell Ultra City North) restaurant to order a breakfast bun. <br> <br> Upon receiving my order I realized that the paper wrapping was a bit moist so I asked for a paper bag and a woman called Theodora asked \you want a paper bag for that thing (in a rude way)"and I said yes because I am only going to eat later on once I get to the office.<br> <br> A dialogue pursued and she was busy telling a colleagues that \""the man there is bothering me asking for a paper bag for that thing he ordered while busy kissing her teeth (I didn't hear all of the rude comments)\"". She ended up handing me the paper bag and when I looked at her name tag she said \""even if you can complain nothing will be done to me\"". I am still angry about the situation and I would like action to be taken against her as I believe that is not the way a person should conduct themselves with customers."""
