Rude steers manager Newlands west

Steers newlands west, today the lady who wasn't wearing uniform pregnant, was too rude if she is a manager, the way she spoke to me was embarrassing, she was telling me to wait outside for my order in this cold! Yet she was not helping out with the orders, then the arguing started, en she even said I must go home en cook why I'm there for specials, like really! If customers don't come for specials why do you steers make them? Why she was even arguing with a person that pays her salary! Iam so disappointed ☹️ with her attitude, she shouldn't be a manager, she is a disgrace as a manager, she lacks good customer care s****s, and I want her to apologise with the swearing she even said Im fat, my order no was 82, I just want an apology from steers ladies they very rude, I hope the owner will know about this cause I will never set my foot in the store, never been sworn by a person who should know how to handle customers. And I accidentally touch a security guy (foreigner) oh woow he just screemed @ me as if I transmitted with corona, the way he was shouting God, this people need to learn how to assist customers, I will never ever set my foot in the store that "my cents as the lady said" I'm not valued!
