Rude Staff Steers Bel Air Mall

I visited Steers at Bel Air Mall last night (25 March) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received was quite poor. When my order number was called, I went up to the counter and said, “Hi, that’s me.” The staff member looked directly at me, then proceeded to ignore me and put my order aside. This was very confusing, and I had to raise my voice just to get their attention.

When I was finally assisted, I was given a very unfriendly, honestly hostile look, which made the situation very uncomfortable. It felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong, despite simply responding to my order being called.

Overall, the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at a Steers before. At the very least, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and friendliness.

I would strongly recommend that management address this with the team. If this is a recurring issue, I can imagine it would discourage many customers from returning. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to visit this branch again.
