Rude staff on duty

I was at the Steers in Westonaria town. We understand that it was a busy night with the wacky wednesday special and month end. The lady working out front directly with the customers was so rude, her name is Angelinah. I asked her to please give us our orders as they had been ready for quite a while, she turned to ask me in an extremely rude manner "am I just standing or am I working?". I don't think she should be addressing customers in that manner and I made it clear to her that I was not happy with her attitude.

If it is a busy night and there are people waiting hours for food, I think there should be a quicker service to get orders out and more importantly, friendly staff!!!
