Rude Staff Members at Steers - Ghandi Square

<p>This morning I went to Steers in Ghandi Square and was assisted by Hlengiwe Mogale. I asked for a dagwood that had a burger patti, egg, cheese, macon and tomato. I placed the order at 11:30 and 20 minutes later when I asked when my order would be ready I was rudely answered by another lady behind the counter in a rude tone that "toasted bread" takes longer to prepare and that I was not the only customer that had placed an order for it. At 12:00(30 minutes after I had placed the order) I asked for my money back. I was then told to wait as my order was almost ready(still in a rude tone). I then took my order and went back to the office. When I arrived at the office and opened it I found the dagwood had been made from torn slices of white bread(when I had asked for brown bread), there was no burger patti and the eggs were burnt. I could not take it back as I had already exhausted my 30 minutes lunch time. So I just want to warn other customers about the Steers -Ghandi Square....</p>
