Rude staff members

Steers carnival mall, stop on the intercome to make an order and they didnt respond I passed thought I thought it was not working, I stood close to 5 min waiting for they car I front of me taking all the time in the world didn't mind that. At all. When I get there 3 ladies didn't want to assist me I was told to go around to the intercom to place my order. They refused to assist me. I was wondering why I used to pay R10 entrance fee to carnival city steers to get a better service. Your staff members are so unprofessional to top ot off very rude.
