Rude staff member, bad service, cold burger. . .

Yesterday my family and I went to Steers Sun Coast to get a quick bite, they ordered their food from the other fast foods and i opted for a steers burger, i placed my order which was a rib burger with cheese, i was given the buzzer i took a walk and came back to check on my order, while the buzzer hadnt gone off, i could see there orders just sitting ready on the trays and the que was getting longer, the Cashier was busy making a milkshake and was having difficulties with the ice cream machine as it was not coming out, this was taking her a while to do, so i spotted someone frying chips so i asked her if there was no one else that could help, she just looked at me so i assumed she maybe didnt understand the launguage so i asked her if she understood what i was saying, she ignored me and walked told the guy named Sicelo what i was asking her and they had a good laugh about it, few minutes later Sicelo came to the front and he was mumbling something i could hear , so i asked him if was there no one else to help and his response was \wena ukhona umuntu ombonayo"meaning \""do you see anyone around\""he didnt stop there he carried on telling me off in full view of the other customers. . . ."""
