Rude staff

Today 16/02/2020 @pm I was at steers shell umvoti to buy ice cream. When it was my turn to buy the lady told me to follow another line for ice cream as she doesn't take ice cream orders. I complained that I didn't know and its not written that there's a specific que for ice cream. She said its none of her business I stood in the wrong que. I was so shocked by her rudeness and then I asked her to call the manager for me, she flatly ignored me and another lady serving in the ice cream que told me they don't have a manager. I asked for the rude staff members name she refused to tell me she said she wont tell me i can do whhatever i want she doesn't care. Then on my way out I was followed by her insults telling me that I may be in high position where I work but not at steers I cannot tell them bull****. Then I went back and reminded her that when she was looking for work I'm sure she vowed to serve customers excellently, she said she never promised to serve rude customers exellently. Just get rid of rude and lazy workers and get them name tags. I was so disrespected in your shop
