RUDE Service and Delayed Service!!!!
Good Day <br> I have had 2 Bad Experiences with Steers one sorted out thank-you Hello Peter <br> We were in Queenstown on the 5 July and it was relatively quiet around 12:30 my total was R132.30 and Monalisa served me I ordered 3 x Xtra Burgers , 1 x Med Chips 1x PowerAde and 2 x 500ml Cokes <br> I paid and waited for my Order , and the Kitchen was not busy I waited my 15-20 Mins for my Food but in the Meantime say 10 Min after I had been waiting a Family of 5 Entered , Mom 2 x Older kids and 2 x Younger kids ordered their food which was a much larger Qty then mine and they received their food before me and so did another Couple and I got up and queried where is my Order it was lying there cold!!! I am not happy and find this very rude and one sided service!!!
