Rude service

Today my husband ordered our meals and gave me the slip to collect it. I went to pick n pay then went to collect the food. 17 minutes had passed since ordering. I went to the counter and waited to be served. Another customer came to the counter after me and was served by Thulani. I told him that I was there first and he blamed the customer. I could see there was an order awaiting collection and I asked him to just check if my order was ready and he didn't even bother to ask for my order number or to see my slip. He just barked at me that the burgers were cooking. Thulani then turned his back on both the other customer and myself. One of the lady cashiers finished and then asisted me. She took my slip and gave me my order, the food that had been there for at least the 7 minutes it took me to be helped. I then said to thulani, his back anyway, that all he had to do was actually check the food and I would have been long gone, but as expected no response or apology
