Rude Rheinhart at Steers Baillie Park

The rating is not even worthy a 1*. Tried ordering a Wacky Wednesday at Potch Steers telephonically.

A guy by the name of Rheinhart or something along those, whom I assume is the manager answered the phone. I initially wanted two boxes of Wacky, one as chicken and beef and then the other box just chicken. In between the call as he was confirming my order, I told him I needed to add another box of chicken and beef. He kept saying he doesn't understand what is it I want to order. I calmly asked him if I could start all over again so that we can be on the same page, the next thing he hangs up the phone on me.

When I got to the shop, Steers Potchefstroom, the one on C/O Nelson Mandela & Parys Avenue. I asked the ladies operating tills to kindly call him. I didn't know his name, but me being almost a weekly regular of Wackys, I can safely say I know the voices on the other line especially at Steers Baillie Park.

The guy was very RUDE, he kept pointing fingers at me and then he said he never hung up the phone on me. I was with the Mrs, phone on speaker. She was shocked by what just happened.

Will be rethinking about Wackys going forward, especially from Steers Baillie Park in Potch.
