Rude manager-Joyce

We were told they open at 11:00. At 11:00 the staff were going up and down. 15 minutes later we had to go and ask why they are not opening. The manager-called Joyce was very rude and unprofessional. This needs to be dealt with because it’s not the first time she’s rude to customers.Highly disappointing for a whole manager. Something needs to be done because even at times,you place an order telephonically and it never gets to you.
