Rude manager and ***** stuff

I bought good at steers trade route mall 1stly they had rude guy serving us at the counter he made the wrong milkshake made the ice cream and milkshake without using gloves in return when we asked him where's the gloves he told us nonsense ....anyway I ordered full chicken for supper I bought the combo for r190 when I got home the chicken was dry and smelly when I 4ned steers at trade route mall the manager couldn't exchange the meal because I stay in lenasia south and they are in lenasia she said I should come take my exchange tomorrow or come take a refund. Next day I couldn't go back n I had the chicken in the car the smell was getting worst so we threw it away following day when I went bk to the store the manager said I didn't bring back the chicken so he can't do any refund or give me something else In return he also said I'm lying about the whole thing bcoz I got nothing to prove.....it's so unfair they take your money give you rotten food than when it comes to replacing they call you a **** and all sorts of thing so disappointed with steers bcoz of the employees they hire and the managers coz they can't even do the correct thing
