Rude Karabo

So I placed an order at 16:28 with Steers Phillip Nel Park. There I was driving from Brooklyn to go and collect when I get to the store a Karabo Mpofu tells me that my order has been cancelled because I didn't answer my phone so I was like but I was driving and don't attend to calls if I'm on the road. 1st and foremost I had to ask her to wear her mask and she responds but there's a glass in front of us but I proceeded to tell her it's not an excuse for not wearing her masks moving on the only wore the mask you up to her mouth, so I asked if it makes going to wait again for 30 mins even though I had ordered online she said yes placed my order again at 19:15 it's now almost 17:40 and I'm still waiting to make matters worse it's not even that busy. I'm so disappointed with the service but mostly the rude response from Karabo
