Rude cashier

I’ve been trying to get hold of Steers Carletonville to report one of its employees who was is a cashier at Hoer store since the 09/07/19 untill to date I’m unsuccessful,

An incident took place and a cashier by the name of Mokoena Thato my invoice number was #885405 time 13:45 the lady was just pure rude towards us after we asked if the burgers we ordered had pork and she refused to change the order to something we wanted and said she cannot void the transaction since she had already printed the slip.

She continued and was as rude and hostile and told me right in my face that she will not sell me anything, I now invite steers to review the footage on that day and reprimand this cashier
