Rude cashier

I called today to place a takeaway order. When i got there to pick up the cashier, Refilwe was downright rude, screaming at me to go to the end of the que. I could have done that from the beginning, why waste a call. Absolutely rude. Then also... Its called Steers, i love the seasoning salt for chips, why input wimpy salt with my take away? Im really really disappointed.
