Rude and useless

I had placed an order via mr. Delivery for a steers meal at Florida Goldman crossing because the delivery driver was late I just called to ask whether or not my order was there as I have paid for it already it even tho the order was made an hour ago and delivery would take 20min as promised by mr delivery and failed... the cashier ndlovu sakhile code 393 refused to be professional and assist as I only requested if my order was there and she asked my name and she said "there is is no order for this name give me you phone number " and u gave her my phone number she rep**** " no order was placed here" and I said to her I have an order number for you. And she rudely said "what is it!" After wasting my time even more she rep**** " your order is here for pick up " I rep**** thanks and she than said goodbye! But she never canceled the call as I stil was in the line as she said " this ****ing customer " and than she hung up. I'm so annoyed with the putrid customer service
