******* service Steers Mabopane Square

I ordered online for collect at steers mabopane square at around 18:20.

I went to collect my order at around 19:00 and was told that the order is on there on their system even though I had the email that confirmed my order I had to wait after beine assisted at 19:20 an hour later I was stil waiting for my order.

The staff is not organized theres no form of social distancing.

Why should I order online only to be told such it is soo Iritating and unprofessional.
