Rough and RAW

Less than 5 minute ago I purchased a Mega Ribster Meal at the Cape Town International Airport branch, and my experience left me extremely disturbed. After the first bite, I noticed red rib meat in the burger, which is against my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. I approached the counter and politely asked if they could cook the rib meat further. The manager took it to the kitchen, and within a minute, he returned, claiming it was already cooked and rejected my request.

As a Muslim individual, I have specific dietary requirements and do not consume undercooked meat. I found the manager's response insensitive and disappointing. This experience has left me with a deep sense of disappointment, and I believe it is essential for establishments to respect their customers' dietary preferences.

I plan to submit a formal complaint regarding this incident. I hope my feedback will lead to better awareness and understanding of diverse dietary needs.
