ROTTEN SERVICE!!!!

Unbelievable,,,rotten service...ordered food from Steers Paarden Eiland & 11.50...I called after an 1 hour and Chantelle or whoever her name was says she cant pick up the order it must have left with the driver he is on his way to me.....2hrs later after the call,,,the food still not arrived...after finally giving up,, the driver arrives @15.05,,,,what the hell did he expect i must do with the food at that time....i have received terrible service from them before and it really messes up your entire day and they have never followed up on it so i doubt this will get far...but i will not be having any steers anytime soon,.,
