Rotten food

1/5 Stars - Disgusting Food and Unacceptable Experience

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid buying chicken at Steers at all costs! Yesterday, I made the mistake of buying three wings with chips from them, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences of my life.

The wings were an absolute abomination. When I took a bite, I was hit with a foul smell and taste that was unmistakable - they were rotten. I'm not talking about a slight quality issue; I'm talking about food that had clearly gone bad. I couldn't even finish the wings because the smell and taste were so overpowering.

To make matters worse, after eating a portion of the wings, I started experiencing severe stomach issues. I found myself running to the toilet repeatedly, and it was clear that the food had caused food poisoning. It's been a long and unpleasant day, all because of the reckless disregard for food safety at this restaurant.

The only redeeming part of my meal was the chips, which were fine. However, that wasn't enough to save the overall experience. What's the point of serving food that's supposed to be enjoyable when one part of the meal is inedible and potentially hazardous to your health?

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality control and food safety practices at Steers. For the price I paid, I expect fresh, edible food, not something that's going to make me sick. It's clear that they don't care about their customers' health or satisfaction.

Until they revamp their food safety protocols and quality control, I would strongly advise against eating here. You've been warned. Take your business (and your appetite) elsewhere.
